Terms & Conditions



1. Tour programmed may be changed/altered/varied/extended even in case of tour due to unavoidable circumstances, natural calamity, break down of conveyance, local bandh/strike/agitation, road blockage or any other such happenings beyond the control us.


2. In case the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances the extra cost will have to be borne by the tourist/client.


3. Management will not undertake any liability towards any lost/damage of life/property or belongs whatsoever of the tourist caused by any accident/theft/robbery or any other hazard happening during the tour.


4. Please brief to guest that vehicle will not be at disposal it will be available to guest as per itinerary only point to point basis.


5. Lifts are not available in all areas & guest should be prepared to climb a few stairs.


6. Hotel Check in /Out as per Hotel Rules. In this area accommodations available are only with basic amenities simple food cooked by the locals. In this area, there is no geyser in the bathroom hot water is supplied by buckets by the hotelier. In this area, no room heating systems are provided in the room in maximum hotels, due to shortage of power, instead the hotelier provides hot water bags. There is no telephone landline connection and the guest has to bear with it. 


7. The guest should always keep their cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.


8. Blockage, Traffic Jam, Train/Flight reaching late or any other reasons. If guest does not reach by time then the schedule tour for that day will be cancelled. In that case, there will be no refund for hotel or car booking. Any kind of Food charge is not refundable if you miss due to any reason.


9. On arrival of guests we will provide them with local contact numbers of our executive, who will handle the entire operation.


10. As most of the services are on point to point basis, it is obvious that the drivers would also keep changing. Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. 


11. If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.


12. If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they will be consider as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for the re-schedule the sightseeing. 


13. Room Heater available in hotel with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly.


14. The Company in no way shall be responsible for Flight/Train/Bus Miss, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection  with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents etc. 


15. Every client/tourist must carry 02 copies of passport  photographs along with 02 photocopies of photo identity proof as well as address. Original also needed to be carried.


16. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather, road condition and Rules of local taxi association.
