Shillong - Cherrapunjee Tour

Day 1: Guwahati Airport/Railway Station – Shillong (100 kms/3 hrs)

Pick up from Guwahati Airport/Railway Station & transfer to Shillong. En route visit Umium Lake. Check in Hotel, Overnight at Shilong (4,700 ft.).

Day 2: Shillong sightseeing:

Day for Shillong city tour, Place to visit are, Shillong Peak, Elephant waterfalls, Wards lake cum Botanical Garden, Lady Hydri Park cum Zoo, State Museum, Golf Course, Nehru park, evening free for shopping at police bazaar. Overnight at Shillong.

Day 3: Excursion to Dwaki and Mawlynnong village

Today visit Mawlyynong village, Tthe village as the cleanest in Asia in 2003, and visit Dwaki, see Uma Umgot River. Greenish-bluish water of the river is so clear that one can see the bottom of the river. Back and Overnight at Shillong.

Day 4: Shillong - Cherrapunjee (80 kms/4 hrs): 

Check out from hotel, transfer to Cherrapunjee (Sohra). Check In at Hotel after freshen up Out for sightseeing, Place to visit are Nohkalikai Falls, Mousamai Cave, Ramakrishna Mission, Seven sister waterfalls, Mowkado valley. Overnight at Cherrapunjee (4,600 ft.).

Day 5: Cherrapunjee - Guwahati Airport/Railway Station (150 kms/5 hrs)

Check out from hotel and drop to Guwahati Airport/Railway Station.
